Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan stated he prepares to go over at a conference with United States President Joe Biden the factors for the stress in relations in between Ankara and Washington.
A conference in between Biden and Erdogan is arranged for June 14 at the NATO top.
“I will ask why our relations have become so tense,” Erdogan stated in an interview with Turkish reporters relayed by TRT Haber.
He stated that under President Donald Trump, relations in between Ankara and Washington did not reach such a degree of stress. According to him, there was no such stress under other previous American Democratic presidents.
